Shipping policy

    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation is received.
    • Shipping is handled by trusted courier services to ensure safety and timeliness.
    • After shipping, tracking numbers will be available via the website under order information.
  2. Estimated Shipping Time
    • Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days, depending on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
    • Shipping may take longer for certain hard-to-reach areas.
  3. Shipping via Marketplace
    • Purchases made through platforms like Blibli, Shopee, or Tokopedia follow the shipping procedures and estimated delivery times of those platforms.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by the marketplace or courier services.
  4. Shipping Fees
    • Shipping fees will be shown during checkout and depend on the chosen shipping method and delivery location.
    • For marketplace purchases, shipping fees follow the respective platform's terms.

 

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return Conditions
    • Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by N8N Collective.
    • Returns must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
    • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and labels.
    • Used items, items damaged due to misuse, or those without original packaging are not eligible for return.
  2. Return Procedure
    • For website purchases:
      • Contact Customer Service via email (n8ncollective@collective.com) or WhatsApp ([CS WhatsApp number]).
      • Provide a description of the issue, including photos of the item and order number.
      • Customer Service will guide you through the return process and verify the item's condition.
    • For marketplace purchases (Blibli, Shopee, Tokopedia):
      • Returns should be processed through the respective platform’s Customer Service.
      • Follow each platform's return policy for smooth processing.
  3. Refund Process
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Shipping fees paid will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Exchanges
    • We currently offer only refunds and do not provide an exchange service.
    • To get a different product, please make a new purchase after the refund is processed.

 

Other Terms

  1. Order Cancellation
    • Orders can be canceled before the shipping process begins by contacting Customer Service.
    • Orders in the shipping process cannot be canceled; returns will follow the return procedure.
  2. Loss or Damage During Shipping
    • Report any lost or damaged items to Customer Service within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
    • We will assist with claims and provide the best solution.
